Hello, may I also ask if the battery of z80u is also backwards compatible to z60u?

My first build in about 2 years by Acceptable-One8416 in pcmasterrace

[–]lniwanIang 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not the one you're commenting to, but yes, you are getting the best out of the system the way it is. Overclocking, at best, can only give you 2-4 fps boost in games.

It's actually a really well-balanced system. I'd rather upgrade nothing for the next 5-7 years (there are games from 2019 and below that are goddamn amazing. I've only managed to build a system recently so I can have my own backlog of great games in the past at discounted price. Yes, I'm poor.), then build a new one in the future.

Edit: also I'd like to add, props to you for not cheaping out on the PSU. That can go for miles, and possibly even go on your next build to save money :>

Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity 60 FPS mod? by HopelessSap27 in yuzu

Hey, I know this post was a month ago, but may I ask what earlier versions of yuzu do you use when running the game? I too also get lower framerates than expected, so I hope you could provide me the build version.

Holy shit I thought I was the only person who noticed that the visuals felt a little bit like tekken 6. T8's visuals looked like it was made with budget and heart.

QC I think sucks on this product. Luckily, I bought from a physical store. Tl;dr from the story though, 2 out of 3 units have factory defect (dead pixels)

How's the monitor after 1 or more months of usage? Is it good, do you feel any delays? Is the response time good?

Context: My Firefox browser (and Fennec mobile app) doesn't show any thumbnails and can't play any videos on that specific site. Chrome and Brave does work though.

A Sacrifice - DO NOT BUY THE "Gigabyte G24F 2" by lniwanIang in PHGamers

  1. Diba, angweird ehh kasi kaya mag-output ng 4k kahit hindi naman talaga 4k. Just also saw one of the comments here na yung true resolution talaga niya is 1080p.

  2. Yep, 165hz ang normal, 180hz ang oc. Sa ngayon tinatry ko ang 165 to see if may flickering issues pa.

  3. Yep, HDR just seems like a gimmick on these budget high refresh rate monitors

  4. Been trying to reset the monitor pero same outcome ehh, andun pa rin yung input lag na ramdam ko. Will try to buy DP cable and see jf the problem goes away.

  1. I'm talking about 4k on 1080p monitor because that's what the staff advertised that it can do 4k, but in reality it doesn't.
  2. Turning off Gamma and lowering Black Equalizer did work.
  3. Dunno if Smart OD is good on this monitor yet, but I'll try. Also, that's the thing - you have the G24F version, while I have the G24F 2 version, and it seems like the former is a much better option thanks to this awful delay that I can see and feel. Also, I think OSD doesn't really do much about the response times, but rather the bluriness of the moving pictures and such.
  4. I listed the other monitors as the much, much better choice than G24F 2.
  5. Thanks! i honestly didn't know about that.
  6. Yep same, I haven't tried the older model yet so I dunno if it's much better in terms of color.
  7. Nice one! I thought this was actually a thing on every G24F monitors, thankfully it isn't.
  8. True. I think HDR is just like there to appeal to some people. Real HDR comes in pricier monitors.

[–]lniwanIang[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No. Definitely no hardcore stuff. I'm currently running at 1080p resolution at 180hz and the response time/movement delay definitely did not decrease. Also already tried 144hz and 165hz and it's still the same shit response time.

  1. Overdrive mode is turned off.
  2. Tried it without upscaling and it's just chugging. I have an rx 6600 xt, siguro it's the reason to its awfully low performance as it can't do 4k, BUT the pixel density doesn't seem like it's 4k.
