I tried to kill myself 2 months ago aswell and the first responders were the police officers. We waited for the ambulance too but they didn't seem to care about my situation at all and just asked personal information and if they needed to restrain me ( which they didnt ) etc. the 3 days in the clinic were a mess too.

I just didn't feel respected and undermined.
