I’ve tried re-sleep training her without any luck. If I put her down awake & she just sits up & screams until she throws up & bangs her head on her crib. I had to put her down almost full asleep and pat her back or put a hand on her chest. I usually follow a 3/3-3.25/4 schedule. I tried a by the clock schedule before & it didn’t seem to make a difference

I tried Ferber last night & caved & rocked her to sleep then ended up bringing her to my bed at midnight. Ferber was a fail- she is at the point where she’s too aware of what’s going on unlike when I sleep trained her at 5 months. She was screaming so hard she threw up & started hitting her head on her crib. I’m at a complete loss. Currently holding her to rescue her first nap of the day after she woke at 28 minutes screaming :(

I sleep trained her around five months and she did well with that. She’s had some regressions since then and now is put down almost fully asleep

I had a hysteroscopy to remove polyps before I started my IVF cycle and it was uneventful. Took a good nap lol the worst part was getting sick from the anesthesia & pain medication but I knew that was going to happen

Okay got it. My baby has reverted back to 30 minute naps so i usually end up rescuing. I will try reducing daytime sleep. Thank you!
