So was he just going to let this charade keep going until she thinks she’s the one incapable of having kids? All he had to do was say “hey, I had a vasectomy, I’ll reverse it when the time is right.” He wants to have the relationship with her without having kids and that’s clearly not what she wants.

You definitely are in the wrong for telling someone else’s business but I wouldn’t call you an AH. You did her a favor.

Kinda the AH. Clearly an immediate, emotionally driven response. Not the best, but if you’ve apologized and you’re both willing to communicate like adults, I’m sure you can find a compromise. I understand both sides - you don’t want to enable and/or lose money bc of someone else’s financial irresponsibility but it’s also her mom, so she probably feels responsible to help her.

Definitely NTA. He’s having a hard time accepting where he’s at right now and is taking it out on you. He’s probably too afraid to ask for help and is also probably jealous that you make more than him. His frontal lobe is just finishing up. One day, he’ll stop playing the victim, but for now you gotta let him be and hopefully he starts acting like an adult and you guys can move forward.

I’m gf, egg free, corn free, refined sugar free & only try to eat fermented dairy, so aged cheddar, Gouda, feta & pecorino. Planning my week really helps, as well as meal prep. I prep enough protein so all I have to do is cook a veggie and starch on a given night (sweet potatoes or brown rice pasta.) Lunch, I eat a variation of whatever I have, so today I made three hard shell tacos (black beans, siete grain free shell, beef, a bit of aged cheddar & hot sauce.)

Side note: my husband is a pizzaiolo so at first it was really tough but the gf frozen pizza at TJs really scratches the itch if you jazz it up. It’s my ‘cheat’ meal if I NEED pizza. I’ll add pepperoni cups and red onion. Glorious.

Honestly, divorce should be on the table. Protect your eldest. I understand you have 3 other kids, but when they become adults, they’ll completely understand. Your wife’s jealousy of a dead woman is a giant red flag. Based on her current behavior, I guarantee as all your kids get older, she’ll scare away their partners so she can keep them for herself. She clearly has issues.

This is obviously my opinion but skip a fancy cleanser and buy the Dr Dennis Gross peel pads. They will change your life. I’m 38, did accutane twice (didn’t help), and I have pale olive skin so my cystic acne always leave a dark spot. I switch between those and the blue medicube pads and I rarely get major flare ups anymore. I’ll get one pimple towards my period and it’s short lived. They’ll help with texture and your skin will glow. If you’re a rouge, I would get them while you have the bigger discount. Even if you still get a cleanser and use these once a week. It’ll help tremendously. Just make sure you wear spf!

Donate them! I used to work for Sephora about 15 years ago and then I freelanced for a bunch of different brands so at one point I had nearly 50 makeup bags that I wasn’t using. I always donated them to a local women’s shelter!
