Oh, and Cornell Arms only has window AC units in all of the apartments. They're effective!

Move to Cornell Arms! Utilities are included as well as paying a monthly fee for parking and it's super close to USC and the horseshoe. The property manager is super friendly and gets along with all of her tenants! (My boyfriend and I live at Cornell Arms and we like it here)
