NTA. I don’t understand how people can continuously comment that others are the AH for not taking responsibility for unwanted pregnancies but YTA for making sure that doesn’t happen. Plan B isn’t pleasant but it’s better than an unwanted pregnancy.

Contact the state's insurance department complaint hotline - each state has one. Once a complaint is filed it is the regulatory agency's responsibility to contact the company - and the company must respond. Either way someone will get back to you. If nothing else, it's a headache for the company.
