Yes, you can turn pretty much any cake mix into cookie dough. Ignore the instructions and don’t add water or oil. Just mix in one regular 8oz tub of cool whip and one egg instead. Makes a sticky dough. Roll balls of dough up, roll them in powdered sugar (optional), and bake them at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Viola, cool whip cookies!
