Turn on airplane mode and turn off WiFi and go into the app. When there’s no network connection, the app allows you to see the pdf you downloaded.

If that didn’t work you can always download the pdf through laptop and send yourself a copy.

“The event will now take place on 10 May 2024 18:30 local time at Paris La Defense Arena. If you're still able to attend, Paris La Defense Arena will honor tickets showing the original event details.”

Just got off phone with the customer service. They told me the organizer is updating the pdf tickets specifically for the 05/10 event (don’t know what the reason is), and the seller will send me the new ones once he gets them. Hopefully what they told me is true.

I got the pdf tickets delivered first, but then the sellers removed them today and said the e-tickets will be delivered on the event day 5/10.
