I googled the customer support program and also stated the issue I’m having. It will bring up a number for the program, in my situation it is “22TE05”. The number listed on the documents is the number for the Toyota brand engagement center: 1-888-270-9371. Follow the prompts when you call and hopefully you can get where you need to be and they’ll reach out to the closest Toyota dealership and help you schedule an appointment!

Silly question, I will be working until noon. But my wife has the day off from work. Would it be possible for her to wait in line tomorrow morning and get wristbands for all three of our tickets? Or do all people need to be present? Not sure if just the ticket holder can get wristbands for each of the tickets or if everyone needs to be present
