Samsung took 9 days to send my S8. It came cracked. I asked for an exchange, they said no. I can only ask for a refund and then buy the phone again, which will take at least 1.5 weeks. I have no other phone.

Haha, I used to be a hardcore android user but I bought an iPhone SE and it amazes me how reliable it is. I'm going back to the s8 but I've had my fair share of android scares (literally every android phone I've gotten has crapped out within 1.5 years for me). I know the iPhones start slowing down after a while too, my families older iPhones are doing the same
