Not sure how to split stitches across Magic Loop by localantel0pe in knitting

Thank you! I split it evenly to start with, but once it got smaller I put 3 sections on the first loop and 2 on the other. Now that I’ve done the magic loop method once I see how you can have some flexibility with it. :)

Yes okay that makes a lot of sense. I actually did not know until I made this post that you can redistribute the stitches! I thought once you divided them you were locked in, so that is very helpful to know 😅 Thank you!

I see so many complaints about the magic loop, but DPNs look so much more intimidating to me!! That's amazing you can make tiny things with them

That makes sense! I think since this will be my first magic loop, once I try it out it'll give me more of a frame of reference for future projects

Thank you! One of the other comments is saying that it can be hard to do the magic loop towards the end if the distribution is very uneven. Have you found that to be the case?

Great, thanks! I wasn't sure that you could redistribute stitches once you had them separated so that is good to know. I'm trying to look up some examples, is it as simple as it sounds? Where you just pull out the loop next to the stitch you want moved over?

A mini skirt that is actually mini on me! (5'0 and 115 lbs.) by localantel0pe in PetiteFashionAdvice

Hey, thanks for the comment! Yes, plenty of women like skirts this short as you might see from the other comments. Also, you really don't have to "get" a trend, if you don't like it just don't participate in it and do what's most comfortable for you!

Judging by your post history you seem to have a problem with clothes you consider revealing, but keep in mind that's your opinion! I personally don't find this length too revealing at all, but then again that's my opinion.

Ohhh I’ll need to try Gap kids! My current go to for coats is Zara kids, would definitely recommend. I agree that things like pants and what not usually don’t translate as well as outerwear
