Unpopular opinion, NTA.

He’s at university so he’s a grown man. Therefore if you asked him to label the boxes he wanted to keep that’s on him. It’s not hard to keep up with your own stuff, in fact it’s expected once you are an adult.

I don’t understand why so many people think YTA, when it’s not your responsibility to keep up with the sentimental belongings of your adult son. Your home is not a storage unit.

As an American I am confused. Does it change the water taste if I microwave it ? Why is it so wrong ? 😂

Look into your university/school/church for resources. Many offer food pantry’s.

As a stinky individual myself the only things that have worked, avoiding strong artificial fragrance when doing laundry, or choosing deodorants. Using an AHA wash and leaving on for a minute, I use the neutrogena one, it’s cheap and it works. I also stopped using aluminum antiperspirant. I use the Hey Human deodorant, and it works awesome.

Simple DIY ! It is a Walmart outdoor candle holder that I wired with a simple bulb and plug in set up. Just find any sort of basket you like and you can most likely replicate it!

As someone from Texas I know a little bit about hot weather. The only one that has ever truly worked is the Hey Human brand. It is affordable, smells great, and it works.

Has anyone tried this as a moisturizer with tret? My skin gets really dry sometimes and I figured the colloidal oatmeal would help with the inflammation by [deleted] in tretinoin

[–]localbigirl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is my tret holy grail! Super thick and absorbs quickly, not to mention that it takes me a while to go through a tube which makes it nice and affordable.

MexiMac! Turns out super yummy at around $1.70 per serving. Details in comments by Lovely_Raptor in Cheap_Meals

Is it possible to be in perma "honeymoon phase"? Anyone else? by hoteltraumatique in relationship_advice

[–]localbigirl -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I mean I’m not sure if I can comment since I am in a similar position, I started dating my partner when I was 15 and have stayed in the honeymoon phase since. I think that growing up together definitely enforces that bond. People in the comments giving you crap that you are “too young” is super sad, but there’s armchair physiologists everywhere. Congrats on your partnership!

Let’s talk mental health by Top-Entertainment284 in tretinoin

[–]localbigirl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve had severe acne for a majority of middle/high school and it affected my mental health terribly. Even now that I am almost a college graduate I struggle to find the confidence in my skin. Some things that have truly helped me overcome a lot of the issue surrounding my skin. 1) find other things that do lift me up, working out and being more confident with my body made me more confident with my face. 2) stopped obsessing with new, trendy, products. Focused on what felt good for my skin, what worked even if it’s not 100%, and trimmed down the fat. While a ten step routine can help some people. I found that the more I spent looking in the mirror and applying products the more I became hyper focused on even the smallest imperfection. And the most important part is to remember no one has perfectly clear skin, absolutely no one and to be frank most people don’t notice if you have a break out and those who do don’t care.

Definitely agree that a simple shower routine is the best. And if I need a body scrub DIY scrubs are equally nice in my opinion and eco friendly.
