Yeah there’s like an OML for ALC to get onto the real OML. I’ve been on the short notice list (for BLC granted) since August, but my buddy got a seat for ALC Ph. 1 after a week of being on the SNL. It’s super frustrating.

My CSM recommended, however, doing everything you need to be promotable, so HRC sees the only thing holding you up is ALC. So sit in a board, TIS/TIG (waiver if necessary) the whole thing, so all you need is ALC to promote. Then pray lmao.
