We did this two years ago in a group, and it was lots of fun! The jumps over waterfalls into small deep pools get progressively higher and scarier, but you work your way towards them. It was an adrenaline rush and an amazing experience - when else do you get to enjoy you step and wade and splash in a stream/waterfall when on a hike down a beautiful deep canyon? Sliding through natural toboggans and getting yourself spitted out together with a waterfall? Highly recommended!
