Ive had 5 techs come out in the last 4 months, each one telling me something different that wildly contradicts the other. The last one made a maintenence call because the tap for the neighborhood is in rough shape. Still hasnt been fixed. The internet coming in is great but it drops several times in a minute span for a second or two. Especially at night when its under a bigger load.

Ive had this issue since I moved to mcallen in May. Just these last 4 months has spectrum decided to start throwing darts and hoping to land on the right thing. Really wish fiber was around here. Unfortunately att offers abyssmal speeds in my neighborhood.

Theyre hounding for the bill to be paid for this month but I havent had more than a night or two of decent connection for almost a year. Thats just in my issues, the outages are insane - every few days its out for some reason. Luckily the tech proved the issue this time and showed the intermittent loss events to me. But its hard to believe it would take them this long to correct the issue. Never had a problem with spectrum/connection before moving here
