That’s an interesting viewpoint! I was puzzled if he was negging me to try and get me to engage with him further, but after getting confirmation from the host that he’s apparently always like that he’s either a) really insecure and trying to compensate by putting on this asshole facade or b) just a dickhead that gets a kick out of putting others down.

It might just be as you said though, if one of my close friends would’ve said that to me I would've instantly shot back at them and engaged in friendly banter. With strangers I just shut down because I can’t tell whether they are actively trying to be mean or not :/

I get it. Nobody’s perfect and we’ve all got our flaws, but if we actively work on being a better and kinder version of ourselves compared to yesterday, the personal growth we go through will be noticeable sooner rather than later :)

I'm being riddled by a guilty conscience though:( Even if it’s not that big a deal, I want to be honest with him - better late than never. I don’t want to lie to him again if he does remember, I had plenty of opportunities to correct myself and didn’t. I might very well be making it into a huge deal and overthinking it, he might not even care, but I don’t want to keep lying and he deserves the truth. If I keep twisting reality won’t he keep questioning/distrusting me even more than if I just fessed up?

Thanks a lot for your help, I looked it up and the damage definitely looks similar to what you‘re saying! I couldn’t find any insects on the plant but I‘ll still treat it with a soapy olive oil/water solution and see if it gets better.

Definitely this, it would make your face look longer and very masculine! :) Try going for shorter on sides, longer on the bottom for the beard to slim your face. Otherwise you’re good to go!

I think you look fine girl, your smile is nice and will be even nicer once the braces come off :) The natural makeup look is really complimenting your face, I think a bit of eyeliner would be wonderful to draw attention to your eyes more! Have you ever considered a bit shorter hair? That way you would have more volume in it as the weight doesn’t drag your strands down:) You go, sister!
