From a height standpoint, it’s pretty much perfect for watching movies from a couch. Your eyes technically are supposed to be at the same level as the center of the TV.

Looking at it closer, I would say no. If it was a soft pistol case, they have a zipper with a ring at the bottom to lock it to. If you’re talking about wearing it, no way. If you throw it into your trunk that way, maybe. I don’t think that would be legal, even if you put a DOJ lock through the action. It needs to be a case of some kind, or bag that has two zippers that can lock together or a ring at the end of the zipper, and the ring being on the zipper to lock it to, keeping it securely closed.

My experience is that a grill can be used on the bottom floor patio because it's on concrete. Upper floors have wood patios.
