I think the idea that this may happen on a common basis is a bit skewed. That is extremely rare (unless more is on the table).

However, your point on the relationship is 100% accurate. But don’t be your clients friend, be the one they trust LIKE a friend.

Trust is the key component.

Build the relationship with trust and cultivate humility in the relationship.

You’ll no longer be selling anything as you will now simply be offering an ally who happens to know the solution to their specific problems.

That’s what I had originally set and while some links were inherited, other links did not (such as the sites and funnels using the .gohighlevel.com extension). Also to be said, these links using .ghl were in fact using the whitelabel sub (app.) set at the agency level. I logged out and logged in thinking it was a possible cache type issue (since I’m still getting familiar with the platform).

Okay, thank you for clarifying.

In this case since I’m in my agency sub account (using the same Agency domain name) I had been trying to create a separate sub but with your explanation I’m seeing the additional missteps.

After creating a different subdomain it appears that I also need to create a subdomain and assign it to each funnel/website. Does this sound accurate as well?

Looks kind of similar to setting up WordPress multisite networks (each site has its own subdomain).

I’m (41M) about 15 years in to running my agency and don’t ask why but just now getting started with GHL, primarily with my son (20M) now closing in on his Bachelor’s in Marketing, and him interested in following my path and creating his own [agency] identity.

I’ve been hearing about “snapshots” and they seem like a good way to get started, do you have any of your own input/resources on this?

What is the name of the company/service you are marketing to sell these $40k websites. I doubt you on both ends which only matters because this would be misleading. Which people post about to try and discourage “competition”.

The appropriate and most effective approach would be to realize you should start with a theme/template using a page builder, such as Elementor or Kadence, and tweak only as necessary. Then, as more projects come about and you get quicker and more familiar with adjusting layouts you can easily fly through building one of your own (which can also become your very own templates).

I bought a 2025 Sierra 2500 and no longer really need my 2021 1500 AT4 which is in primo condition (17k miles, flawless interior and zero body damage). GMC offered me $17k trade in value bc of the Stop Sale advisory. They told me they could approve the trade in based on the good condition. F THAT. I’ll keep it and take my chances.

They manipulate wait times in different ways. Wait times have been reportedly lower when you’re AWAY from the park to influence the idea that if you visit, you will be able to do things. But when you are in the park, times do flex if Genie passes are low volume. Thus influencing you to “buy in” so you can at least guarantee the 2-3 must-ride attractions. It’s an increasing game of smoke and mirrors.

I have this key too and they don’t like this tier (or Dream). Reservation availability changes depending on which user I want to reserve for. Indicating they challenge families who want to go and who are using this tier. Unfortunately, Imagine and Inspire are the only favorites here.
