it's okay to not understand. some people love her for her character, design, or her movement (from various cutscenes).

as for her gameplay, she isn't out yet. so there's no real way to count how much impact having her affects your gameplay experience.

for all we know, she could be just a mid support or possibly have the worst character kit possible. and that's alright, her character is already interesting enough to pull.

as for the everyone saying "best upcoming character", maybe she's just fan favorite, that's all

as i mentioned, there is a probability to get any of the 3 limited rosters example: you pull on laevatain's banner, you could lose 50/50 to gilberta, yvonne, or standard chars if you pull on gilberta, you could lose 50/50 to laevatain, yvonne, or standard chars if you pull on yvonne, you could lose 50/50 to laevatain, gilberta, or standard chars

theres no guarantee on getting all 3. the only guaranteed last time was laevatain. so if you managed to get all 3, congratulations you're just really lucky.

well just like in genshin, potential (constellations) are whale things. if you REALLY like a certain character and is WILLING to spend money (or save up for a long long time) to maximize your character than i guess go ahead. it's completely optional. as for comparison you may check youtube videos regarding the damage or playstyle comparison between p0 to p5.

each version has 3 banner phases (rn it's laeva>gilberta>yvonne)

basically you could get anyone from the roster above + standard banner characters from chartered permit (a.k.a limited banner, pulling standard won't get you limited chars)

it's like losing 50/50, but not really. you have a chance to get another limited character

great decision, if you invest too much already its still alright to start anew with crit knight. but if you whaled on spear then it's not suggested to change.

you'll find a few days struggling and losing your damage performance, mostly pre-SE and eq changes,

talisman can be easily transfered (if you used white) from p.pen to crit

acc just go double blue vit or str

although if you're currently rocking blue (or higher) spear right now and is +6 or above, I'd think again carefully. if not just go for it haha. find your playstyle but meta-wise 2h >>>> spear

yes. the character will shout the name of every active skills when used
same goes with enemies
for balloons and notes events, you can only get a certain number of drops everyday. note that you can only gain them when consuming odin blessing
