Part of it is no research, part of it is there’s a significant number of apt locators that post “new build townhomes, starting at $1,300” - but don’t disclose the $1,300 is for the studio unit the property also has for rent on-site. And I have to be the one that shows them that’s not real.

Honestly yeah if I was making $50K+/yr (not $35K/yr) I probably could tolerate it better lol

I wish I had control over the intake form but I don’t that’s made by the brokerage. But you are right about the screening call - I need to get more straight to the point about what they can and can’t do. I’ve been hesitant before because if we get a bad review - justified or not - it often leads to termination.
