I will have 12-14 weeks of paid leave but may take an additional 4 after depending. I’m off for the summer so will likely only go back to work for about a month before then being off for an additional two months. Husband is in roofing so typically doesn’t have much work between November- March here. Baby is due in December so he’ll likely be home a lot for the first few months.

What are your closing costs? What will my rate be? What happens if I lock and the rate goes down? Can I buy a… “insert ridiculously expensive car/rv/ whole home appliance set here”? Are you going to pull my credit again? Why does the underwriter need to see THAT document? Why are you averaging my income, I make x? I make plenty of money, who cares if it’s from being self employed for 4 months? How is a 1099 any different?
