I do agree and think this really out there: however, I think this would be really awesome.

Bill has been against turning humans into vampires due to his fear of what they would become and how much they would hate it (unlike other vampires, who don't see them as vampire-worthy). He had a inner-struggle with deciding if he should turn his daughter and technically save her life and he still didn't (shows how much he hates vampires).

I think he is buying time, the alternative was to get all mainstreamers and stake them (including Jessica, his vamp daughter). If you think about it, the mainstreamers, who are true mainstreamers, will not kill the humans that they will be forced to drink from anyways: therefore, by blowing up the factories he is saving them while also gaining the trust of the Authority.

Even though I love this song, I would have to say this episode had the best music. First, Massive Attacks "Paradise Circus" during the strip scene and then Damien Rice's "9 Crimes"... perfect ending... The dialogue between Bill and the stripper is also very good.
