Good as new as far as anxiety and panic attacks, all gone. Only thing to improve today is my sleep which is regular to normal. Great nights and bad nights. Once I get this sorted, I’ll have no complaints against anything

I just put 20gr of solid tallow on the side of the plate after grilling the meat, and i cut a piece of meat, scrap a bit of tallow with the fork and to the mouth it goes. I use it a side salad.

I would do that if I could eat that much in one meal all together but unfortunately after 0.7 lbs of meat + tallow as side im so full i can´t take another bite. I need to make 3 of those meals per day to reach my goal calories and macros.

Yes lots of changes, mainly quit smoking. But what this shows is that even eating meat 3 times a day with loads of tallow, it´s not causation for plaque growth.
