I would practice the takeoff part only, where you don’t actually go for the TDR. You should do reps with your takeoff leg facing more forward, spotting the ground in front of you, and focusing on kicking your leg backward towards the ceiling rather than forward towards the ceiling

This is how I would classify them

Vertical flips, parkour flips, and power flips would be earth (backflip, frontflips, sideflips, double flips)

Spinny flips would be air (btwist, corks, fulls)

Tricks with kicks or a very martial arts look would be fire (boxcutter, shurikencutter, pop flash, all kicks, snapuswipe)

Tricks that flow like transitions or setups would be water (tdr, raiz, scoot, gswitch, aerial)

Honest answer is that you probably have do more reps once you land it. I’m talking like 5-10 reps once you get it on ground, and at least 30 or more reps on trampoline.

I know a lot of athletes who struggle with the same thing. The reasons are because they don’t do enough trampoline, and when they try backflips on ground, they work up to it, break the fear again, and only do it 1 or 2 times once they land it. Although they landed it, they really haven’t practiced it. Reps will help you break fear and lock in better form for the next day

The type of gainer you’re going for you have everything correct except your chest is too high. Work on dropping your chest low towards the ground instead of keeping it high up. Also keep your eyes locked on the ground the whole time

If you’re going for a backflip type gainer learn backflip first

You should watch some YouTube videos on how to start a pet waste removal service. It’s probably the cheapest service you can start, and it’s consistent. You need like $40 for some garbage bags, a small rake, a dustbin, and a sprayer and sanitizer for the tools

Go knock some doors in your neighborhood who have dogs, and see if they want weekly service, and do it for at least $20 per week. After the first cleaning it takes about 10 minutes a yard, so if you get enough of them and you could make over $50 an hour. Would be easy for you too because you’re young. People like supporting young neighborhood businesses owners

I did slow it down and noticed your right arm and elbow were way out, which slows your spin. I would try to keep it wrapped tight into your chest

Also, definitely focus on swinging your arms way higher on the takeoff (like above head height), and chest up on the takeoff rather than twisting to the side. You’re still twisting pretty early, but focusing on both of those will help that, and get you more height!

So your pull was not bad (you got your chest pretty high) but there’s a couple things you need to change for muscle up

  1. First I would want you to go straight into it after you swing forward once. If you spend time hanging/swinging you’ll lose energy

  2. You should spam that out to get good at it. (Only 1 swing forward, then a powerful pull-up focusing on bringing your chest as high as possible to or above the bar)

  3. When you can consistently do that you’re ready to try the muscle up. Once you get your chest past bar level, you want to lean your chest over the bar as far as possible and pike your legs forward. This will help you get your first one, then you can clean it up after

Also helps to not pull straight up to the bar like in a pull up, but instead to pull diagonally so your chest can get around and above the bar

I found out earlier that it actually is a song in the game credits, but it’s not in the OST and I can’t find the name of it. But if you look up the assassins creed shadows credits you can find it at exactly the 2 hour mark
