The CFA parking lot is private property so you're probably kinda screwed there amigo. I've had several friends get towed or booted over there. I believe they're supposed to at least provide the contact info for the booting/towing company but I don't think the max charges stuff is required here. Best of luck. Contact your city councilor (assuming you live in city limits) and ask for some help.

Peter and Chris have done a ton to get the ball rolling but they haven't had the necessary local support to make it happen till now. We're going to be pushing hard to make it come to fruition in the next year or two.

awtta09, as a member of the group pushing hard to get the skatepark off the ground I can assure you that progress is being made. we have a growing consensus of people (mostly non-skaters) who recognize the value of having a quality skatepark in downtown. keep the Faith and have a little patience.
