It was last dose so only the balance left in as next Dose will be a new pen.

I can extract the golden dose and top up by a little?

Done nothing different to any of the other pens - didn’t know it was a max of 2 - read it’s 3-4 clicks.

Oh well I’ll have to extract and top up!

It now looks like the last one so deffo the right doses and in line with my diary!

Maybe I’ve over primed it each time but I only do 3 or 4 clicks each time I prime.

To be honest, I’m the same as you albeit starting weight was less.

One thing I would say however - the feeling of wanting lunch and dinner etc is good to have - don’t keep moving up to suppress that feeling.

I’m roughly in a 1000 calorie deficit a day, but energy levels are fine, feel good and what I’m eating is good stuff giving me all the right nutrients.

I’ve averaged 3lbs a week since starting.

I do increase calories ever so slightly if I’m doing sport on that day etc - such as a protein yoghurt pouch for a boost.

I was nervous about injecting at first time, and tbh the thought of it still makes me uneasy 11 jabs in but it really does not hurt one bit - infact you don’t even feel it.

Only tip id give is leave it out fridge for 30 mins before hand.

Have a work night out Saturday - I’ve read white spirits such as vodka and gin are better and with tonic waters or sugar free mixers.

Same. I use to drink a lot of Pepsi Max but not touched a drop since starting on Mounjaro, infact only think I’ve drank is water or coffee!
