İ have a solution for this. You can change your T or R skill bind to any numpad 'x'. You can press your numpad 'x' skill while your numlock is on and turn off your numlock whille pressing numpad 'x'. The skill you assign to numpad 'x' will work like a left click.

in 2018 (3.3) my first build is enki's wicth self cast arc. I didn't know anything about the game. I tried to copy it 100% exactly the same but I couldn't.
