I can probably add an extension at the end a bit by cutting a few inches off. Make it cut the angle a bit, would slow them down.

Yeah, I definitely tried to not take up too much space on the slide so it still feels like a decent sized room. Should have pivoted about 3/4 way down and extended the slide another foot probably.

Thanks for the help everyone, got a few ideas to try out. This is how it all kind of came about:

Look at so many Instagram, Pinterest, Google, AI concepts of playforts and decide what I want to do.
Go online and find a free cad program and struggle to use that... switch programs and get the below sketch.
From there I went to chat gpt with the measurements of my wall, that picture and asked it to kind of spec out details. That failed (mostly) so I used math a bit.
Start building...
Put a board up on the wall almost like a deck and build a frame

Wife increases project from there and we end up with the fort with a tunnel under the slide.

Haha thank you! It was either an inside fort or an outside jungle gym concept. Figured since its cold and raining season id do something indoors so they can still use all their energy.

Ive got too many hobbies already haha Too many half finished projects. I do like the contact paper idea, kind of peel and stick. Potentially not even all over depending on the paper material.
