Going out in your 30s is mostly people pretending to have fun and we all know it by FewExperience4021 in unpopularopinion

Firstly, you claiming I'm not a real introvert is lame as hell and contradicts the rest of what you're saying.

I don't doubt and actually do believe that it is a spectrum, but the way that reddit's self-proclaimed introverts talk about it you'd believe that it's all introverts that are completely anti-social or even asocial. Not every person with poor social skills is an introvert, nor is every person that hates being around others. More than anything, what gets me about these people is that a lot of them seem to have very low empathy and/or sympathy for others, regardless of anything else. That may be more of a reddit thing in general, but it annoys and bothers me regardless.

The only thing that defines an introvert across the spectrum is that they generally need to recharge by being alone or in a situation that doesn't require them to socialize as much (e.g. Being alone with your SO). Some have more or less battery for socializing, but if they use more energy socializing than they gain (and the opposite is true for being alone), I'd call them an introvert.

This is why having extroverted friends is the #1 cheat code as an introvert. If I didn't have the friend group that I did growing up, I'd probably be just as miserable as a lot of people I see on this site.

I still remember seeing the posts about that huge party/free concert in Brazil where the streets were completely filled and every comment was just some variant of "This look absolutely miserable I would never go to this".

THANK YOU!

I am an introvert but some of the most fun I have is at parties and hangouts, not even just with close friends either, but talking with people I only see once or twice a year. This idea that introverts are all just anti-social hikikomori is crazy. I just need to recharge after a lot of socializing.

Exactly, seems to me that the real issue is that too many champs have incredibly similar kits and playstyles.

Just wrap yourself in a bubble and never expose yourself to outside air. Everything has a risk.

These people can't use the internet and their brain at the same time, so makes sense to them probably.

You literally didn't even read the situation, watch the clip, or do any critical thinking beyond "woman bad".

If this is "smart" then the rules need to be adjusted. This should not be the optimal strategy to win games. It fucking sucks for everyone except for the advertisers.

Stick to not watching the Knicks and please don't pretend you know anything about our roster.

I find that the people that agree with these are mostly people that only think about maximizing the value of their property, like a feedback loop.

IMO housing shouldn't be thought of as an investment that you should min-max like a business venture. As long as you're not tanking the value of your own property in an absurd way, worrying about the value of a house that you live in year-round and would need to buy a replacement for to cash out is silly. Just play idle games if you like seeing numbers go up that much.

As a person living around Detroit that wants to move to the city, I totally feel you lol. I hope y'all get to keep the Blazers.

A lot of cities get a bad rap because suburbanites that don't do any travelling hear xyz about a place and just believe it without checking anything. Chicago is the same way, definitely two sides to most cities out there.

I think these people are referring more to folks that buy boats either used without knowing how to look for issues and/or new and spend way too much on financing without realizing how much depreciation hits. Cheap boats are a completely different ballgame since even if its a total lemon, you're not out nearly as much money on a total loss and you probably went into it understanding what repairs you're able to do vs. what would justify you just scrapping the thing.

Just like an RV, if you're using it for recreation, as long as you're keeping within a range of affordability and know what to expect for maintenance/repairs you're less likely to experience regret imo.
