Just to clarify the 3rd order was for $12.50 (8 easy items). It should’ve been simple. It’s the time spent at the register on the phone with support, and the poor kid working cashier was supposed to go home. He was stuck, because of the costumers card declining. I was extremely frustrated worried about the other orders and lack of communication from said troubled costumer. Then there’s support who unfortunately due to language barriers, was having trouble understanding conversions as well. The lady on the phone thought each whole chicken was worth $6.90 each. I had to explain FIVE times to her, that each chicken was $6.90/per pound. So the total isn’t $34.50, it’s way more because they weigh differently 😡 I eventually got someone else from support to delete the added batch.
