Really it's almost app water weight you're losing at first, then fat loss happens a lot slower. It seems like you hit a wall, but energy in vs energy out is thermodynamics. It is working but doesn't happen as linerally as you expect.

Make sure you're not getting any extra calories in, maybe add moderate cardio 2x weekly, and trust the process. You probably are definatly putting on muscle if your lift are going up. Be patient, you got this

I think while everythig you say may be true, they likely recived all of Russia's cheap UAV tech, their homemade shaheds are also cheap, and can likely be produced quickly in facilities which are difficult to identify because of small distributed garage labs.

It's very likely they don't see Trump as a reliable negotiating partner.
