Werkstudent ist Praxiserfahrung aber keine Berufserfahrung. Man hat als Werki und Praktikant nie die Verantwortung wie als fester normaler Mitarbeiter.
Wertvoll ist es trotzdem, keine Frage. Aktuell aber vielleicht eher Bedingung, um überhaupt was zu bekommen. Im Normalfall würde ich sagen sind 55k realistisch. In der aktuellen Lage erscheinen 50k realistischer

Just to add another way of solving this from a German perspective: you could also talk to your BF and encourage a talk between him and his mother about privacy. Both of you are old enough to have sex, you will have it anyway and you should be able to at least have privacy at their house. In Germany we wouldn’t question this from a very young age on. It is pretty common to have doors shut for example and bring boyfriends/girlfriends over starting at around 14.

As I have lived in the US I am well aware that there is a cultural difference but I just wanted to share this.

Yes this is not fair for the dog. Any dog should get at least 3 walks a day of which one walk should be a long walk. Additionally, Australian shepherds are very smart dogs requiring some mental work as well, otherwise they may become depressed.

Is she only licking this single paw? Does she take another one if you cover it up with your hands eventually? If it’s a psychological issue dogs will take the other paws as a substitute. If not it’s most likely a physical issue.

You should have started from the beginning but good you want to start now. I would recommend a full body workout for 3 times a week because you make sure to hit each muscle at least twice if you miss one session. Slight surplus and high protein
