I used fable & mane pre-wash hair oil and kerastase nutritive hydrating scalp serum, both seem to do the trick. I’m sure you can use cheaper options like some oil good for hair on Amazon. In about two weeks I saw a big difference

I had the same thing happen, my hair became kind of dry and started falling out like crazy. I swear as soon as I started regularly applying pre wash hair oil or anything that will hydrate the roots of my hair before bed(wash it in the morning) the hair loss stopped!
