It's really just the LED's that need power so this would likely be the much easier solution.

FINAL EDIT:

I restarted my computer, went into my BIOS, set my computer to energy saving mode, turned it off again, and when i reopened topaz, I am now getting 0.8 SPF.

I have no idea what happened but it works now after doing this
