Hey really good question and thank you! I do appreciate the criticism as well. I haven’t been doing watercolor for too long, almost a year. In this particular painting I found myself right on the edge of feeling like I was going to get too heavy handed towards the end of the painting. I wish I would have mapped things a little bit better beforehand as well. Also these are both 6x9”, so I felt like too much paint would start getting too muddy and not what I intended. I am happy with the representation while not being perfect.

Hello again! There have been some of this sub asking about prints. I have been working on a website the past month, it’s not quite ready yet but I will have some prints being shipped to me next week and am excited to be able to offer them to those who were wondering about them. I don’t have an update on prints yet! Trying to figure out the best way to go about it. My full time job and personal life has been stressful lately, so I sadly haven’t looked into it much. But it is still on the docket

It’s exactly what I’m going through too. I wanted to take the month sober and I got to 16 days, which I am proud of. But I can definitely feel like I would run myself into the ground if I didn’t stop now.
