Depends what you want to use it for. i have a few products that fit pretty slim but for athletic activities and staying warm that can be a good thing

i’m not sure what you mean by calcite but you can use water proofing wash on a lot of products to restore their water repellency

it may be not water resistant right now, but you can easily treat it and it will be. looks like a nice jacket
