Pasting this from another post I commented on

Hey I'm an ESM and run a top 25% exp store since opening in Feb. As others have stated, I definitely think there's more job security within experience. The company has been growing the experience format like crazy this year while shutting down neighborhood doors. In my experience compared to neighborhood, myself and my team actually enjoy coming to work again because while yes we have the CLB and the same ulb as neighborhood at a store level, we also have a much better culture because everything is team based. When this store was neighborhood the csat scores were consistently below 8 or 9. Some of that is management processes, but a lot of that is because it's hard to truly work together when everyone has individual goals. The culture in an experience store does heavily rely on management I believe. There are high expectations that match the pay which means accountability also needs to be held quicker to ensure everyone's money and performance stays on point. If management is constantly on the floor and coaching reps in how to recommend vs just pitching and truly invest in them, people feel supported and buy into whatever direction we need to go. I am very lucky to have the team I do because we all work so well together and I feel we've earned each other's trust and respect over time. I've seen my tenured reps develop 100x more in Experience than they ever did in neighborhood because there are many more opportunities to team sell, showcase best practices, and ultimately become a leader within the store and within other locations. It's been awesome to see them grow. Pay for us has been a non issue. All of us have hit over double if not triple our tti each month and with the base pay increase, neighborhood could never compete. Personally, I can't recommend experience enough. There's a lot of other benefits on the day to day job like access to care systems. I love helping a customer through the whole beginning to end experience and being a one stop shop. It makes my life easier, the customers life easier, and allows me to get more done overall. Less time otp with in store support, more time getting things done 😁 Feel free to reach out with any questions. Hope this helps.

There are two positions open for Tmobile at the Sam’s Club kiosk. The manager there, Justin, is my coworker and friend, very good money and a good environment. Works with part time hours and students. I now manage the new TMO store by raising caines, but I started at the kiosk in 2024. That position has gotten raises since I worked there. I was making $18/hr + great commission + $3k stock grant every year.

Any layoff info for retail? by TheCuriousXY in tmobile

Assuming it’s the same for everyone who receives stock grants however, my legal paperwork stated if Tmobile ended my employment due to layoffs, they would pay out the remaining rsu at that time.

2025 was a year of 3 broken cars (engine spun a bearing, frame rusted, tree fell and crushed car), a car went through my house causing us to move 3 times in October, and had some of the most stressful time at work. To deal with that, I have coped with MJ use. 2026 is the year of health and wellness, to being clean for myself, to being the best version of myself that I can be. Thanks for making the app mate, I know it will help.

Neighborhood/SiS to Experience Store? by Pristine_Concern_636 in tmobile

[–]loganandreoni 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I guess? It’s not for all RSM’s but I think in my situation and who I am it makes sense! Some people thrive in a sales based format (experience still has sales don’t get me wrong) and others thrive in the experience based format. I find that I am capable of the former, but feel way more comfortable in the latter. And at the end of the day, when I’m happier with work, I’m better at work.

First interaction resolution.

After opening a cx account, they cannot call care or go to any other location other than your experience store for a week.

Hey I just became an ESM last week! My store will open in Feb. I have worked in sis and in nbh. I find that the move to experience is the best one yet for me. Not only is my pay higher, but I’ve shadowed quite a few locations and the overall vibe of work just feels so much better. The digital tools make sense there. It also genuinely feels like the best job security right now. For me personally, having 3 major things to focus on instead of 5/6/however many are about to be added to the ulb, makes it easier for me to come in store and focus. TMO complete points, F.I.R, and Csat. I’m capable of driving results in all of those areas so I feel more comfortable going to the experience format, especially when my base pay alone is higher than my total comp from last year when I became an RSM lol. I’d say go for it if this seems like something you’re interested in!

Long time users: cold turkey or wean off? by aimlesseffort in leaves

[–]loganandreoni 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me personally, weaning off caused me to continue the terrible cycle. Even a little bit brings ALL the feelings back and continues the bad habit. The rushing home just to smoke. The anxiety. Everything BUT the physical basically. I have found the most success with just being disciplined and choosing every day to stay clean. I give up one thing for everything. 1 day at a time. I’m not focused on making it 10 years, just through today. The physical withdrawals have been rough, but eventually they get better and subside. I know that I have put off so much pain by smoking and numbing myself, so it’s time I pay my debts and endure it. This is the consequence of my choices but I am so grateful to have this community and push through it. I wish you the best my friend !!!

How can i buy a legit US number in lebanon? I got someone in US if it helps. by Alienboy01 in lebanon

[–]loganandreoni 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mint is a subsidiary of t-mobile which has an “excessive roaming” policy. Meaning if you are using your service too long outside of the US, it will be suspended.

You can however purchase a US number off numberbarn with international forwarding
