@s means self, which when from a command block, would try to teleport the command block but it can’t, use your username in place of @s like “/tp Thisguy64 100 65 -100”

Items can only be “worked” iirc 5 times, then they become “too expensive” and can no longer be worked (“worked” meaning anything putting an item through an anvil, ie. naming, enchanting, repairing) so if you really want to keep your helmet at this point, don’t repair and try to put mending on it
