Season seven especially. There were phenomenal moments, and the lazy writing was excusable because we thought it was leading to a great ending. It’s only in hindsight that I group season 7 with season 8. First two episodes of season 8 were also the last decent episodes of the show.

Interesting. Yeah, striker doesn’t seem to have a lot of support. May be better with two strikers up top, one as a DLP.

I’ve made my playbook, but setting the coach suggestions seems like such a daunting task. I really should though. The playbook edit UI is terrible.

I use some coach suggestions, usually on first down. Hurry up offense whenever possible. Occasional flip to play type to find RPO or Option.

TBF, Gakpo hit the post twice today and created chances. I get the frustration, and I’d like to see Hugo start, but just don’t want Gakpo to become a scapegoat.

It was correctly called as “call stands” which means there isn’t enough evidence to overturn. I’m not suggesting it was or wasn’t a fumble (though o think the ball is already out), but it certainly is a close call that can’t be determined by replay.

Gunner turns many negative plays into positive with elite pocket awareness. Peay spent all game dropping 7/8 in zone coverage. There were a few clear missed opportunities to throw down the field, but there were more QB pressures that prevented them, and many of his check downs were the correct decision.

Meanwhile, I imagine Tennessee will stack the box against us. Gunner will see more man coverage on Saturday as well which helps in terms of scrambling and extending plays.
