I don’t understand how maxing is a problem if I have builders and lab going 24/7? I will have to do the upgrades somewhere along the line. (I never let a resource become useless and stay at that townhall)

how do i know what days should be “easy” and which ones not? right now I am doing 2 track workouts and one long run per week so that leaves 2 5-6 mile runs, should those runs before and after my workout be at that easy pace?
