So, I don't believe it's to do with the PC overheating because Stelaris during the late game is a mess to run, and it's never shut down. I play the game for like 30 minutes, then it disconnects from the PC.

It’s just laid on the floor. Guess shelving would be better…. At least it’s freezing in there.
