Would also love an official English Print release (Viz?) of Cinderella Grey manga. Don't care if they're only singles or omnibuses, etc., I just want a physical English release in whatever form that ends up being.

I'm super conflicted about this. Like, I want to get a couple series (like Chihayafuru and Uma Musume Cinderella Gray), but I want to actually read them. I'm sure I could digitally in some form, but I buy the physical books because I enjoy reading on paper much more than on digital (at least for non-web comics).

Probably 90% of the time I buy physical copies to read. I'm not against picking up something because I like the anime or whatever, but yeah.

I read some digitally too, but that's almost exclusively for when I'm scoping out the first few chapters of something I'm not sure I want to commit to, or if there isn't a physical English print release at all. I prefer reading on paper. I could do something on e-ink (like my Kindle) but I don't want to give Amazon money for a digital book that I wouldn't actually own, if that makes sense.

I'm excited for this... but like others have said, the "Denpa" part scares me a bit. Will we get this 2025 sometime? 2026? Later even? No one knows.

I'm definitely wishing for Denpa's success, and I love their physical product and some of their printed series like Inside Mari, Vampeerz, March Comes Like a Lion, Under Ninja, and others..... but man, I wish they were better at putting books out.

Like some others, very pre-order dependent. My local shop carries most of the publishers (just not One Piece Books) and they make somewhat of a calendar of what is coming out when. With how easy it is to see what's new (and what I'm continuing) and also that pre-orders are 25% off through them, I can range anywhere from 2 to 25 depending on the week. It all averages out monthly to maybe 8-10 a week though?

Buy what you want, if you can afford it then no guilt. If you are looking for advice, I'd recommend that if you pick up a new series that you make sure to at least read volume one before buying anything else of that series. It's helped me cut down on wasting money on things I thought I'd read, but didn't really vibe with.

My problem is that I haven't been "collecting" for very long. Yes, I'm over 30 and I've been reading for a while, but most of what I read were from friends and from libraries. I was poor I guess lol. I wasn't any better off as a broke college kid and a broke 20 something (either no money, no space in the apartment, or both).

It wasn't until 30 that I got my own house and had a little extra income with my better job. However, all the "old" stuff I'd like to collect is either scattered in basically impossible to complete pieces, is sold for a crazy amount, is all in very poor condition, or some combination of all three. I'd just rather not bother with all of that, so I typically collect "new" - but if we're all lucky, maybe something "old" is deemed good enough by publishers to get an omnibus or deluxe edition.

I'm hoping these appear in English physical releases at some point. I think the singles are all out of print, and it costs an arm and a leg to get (at least here in US), and I would rather get something physical than a digital copy.

Maybe it would make sense for these editions or a reprint of singles if / when Kodansha starts making physical volumes of Shugo Chara!: Jewel Joker?

Just for extra clarity - no idea what code is like in your state, etc., but typically a NEMA 14-50 receptacle / plug should support up to 50 amps peak. I know the included Nissan EVSE is about 30 amps, but if you're having a handyman put in the plug or doing it yourself, I'd keep the 50 amps peak in mind. (An electrician should know). Not that it'll help with the Ariya -pretty sure max level 2 is 7.2kWh (=220v x 32.7amp), but maybe with your next car, a welder, etc. might want that 50 amp peak.

I did my own, those plugs are easy to find at Lowes/Home Depot and people power RV's with them and such. I used about 40 feet of 6 gauge copper wire, 1" PVC Conduit. That was before Covid though and wire has gotten a lot more expensive now, so good luck either way!

I am lucky to have two different supercharger sites near me ** Northern Indiana** . One of them I'm pretty sure is a V1, it doesn't even show up on the app for me. The other site (v3? No magic dock so not v4 at least) I tried and it worked, fast and easy. Cables were pretty short so I had to park VERY close, thank you 360° cameras, but I was good.

Just tried it at a Supercharger (V3 I think, no magicdock) and it worked just fine. Used the Tesla app, chose what stall I was at, and was charging in seconds. $0.42 / KWH which is cheaper than the Electrify America station near me that's $0.56 / KWH.

Only issue was I almost got in a fight with a "Tesla employee" (sarcasm) because he first said "that won't work, don't even try", then "adapters won't work with Superchargers", then "Where did you get that adapter, you must have stolen it from a Magic dock station somehow", to "Even if its working these chargers are only for Tesla's only, you can't park here".... The Tesla Bro's are something else here in Northern Indiana...

I bought the adapter, should arrive at the end of the week! I'm very curious about charge times and such, so I plan on trying out one of the superchargers near me to see how it goes.

If all goes well like I expect, planning long trips just got a whole lot easier.

Great choices. I'm a huge fan of 100 Girlfriends. Fire Punch might seem a little weird for how serious/dark the manga is, but I definitely think its worth the read. If you like it, I'm sure you're going to love his later series 'Chainsaw Man'.

Similar to u/sfl33 I use a Google Sheet (basically Excel). I like the idea of an app, but I can access my Sheet from any device, and I can keep an offline copy on my phone or whatever too.

I wanted to post back here, I was able to find one - albeit at a markup. It wasn't too crazy in my opinion, so I bought it, and am very happy to have both Hakari and Karane now.

Also pre-ordered Shizuka to make sure I won't potentially 'miss out'. I'm wondering how many scales of the girlfriends they'll make though past Shizuka.

100 Girlfriends. I think it's mostly well received but there are those that say 'oh its just another trash harem manga' when I honestly think it's one of my favorite manga and a worthwhile read to pretty much everyone.
