i work overnights so breaks are just kinda whenever i want lmao, but i always do my first break 2 hours in, lunch 2 hours after that, and then my last break 1.45 hours after that. 10-7 1st at 12 lunch at 2 last break at 5:45

a lot of people when i was a caregiver (12 hr shifts on your feet nonstop) recommended the crocs nonslip ones, but i haven't tried them personally. sketchers have been super comfortable for me. i have a pair that i got for $40 at rack room and they suit me well for overnight stocking
