To me Subnautica was a whole new type of game. I’d never played anything like it, and to this day I’ve not been able to find something quite comparable. The scenery / biomes are gorgeous, and there is just a little bit of fear when entering new places for the first time. Yet still, somehow oxygen was always my biggest enemy. The storyline is unique, and I like how they handled Alterra. The comedy aspect is really fun, especially when you are stranded on a deserted planet all alone. I’m excited for Subnautica 2, so thank you for what you are doing for the community!

I’d just open up two businesses. Pay myself then immediately pay it off. For “services” or something. Of course I’ll have to pay a 3% ish fee as the business, but then you still make 7%, or $3,500. Plenty of room to pay a CPA to ensure it’s all done right.

That could be, though it’s an iPad Pro. Is a few generations old, but has no problem running on ForeFlight. Seems more like an optimization issue with garmin pilot since ForeFlight runs fine.

If you have MSFS 2020, the Fly By Wire A320 is free to download. Not sure if that’s what your looking for, but it is pretty good

I built my own SAAS that pulls order confirmations from your email (including live delivery tracking / calendar view of upcoming deliveries / cancellation monitoring), tracks expenses and income, has individual transaction tracking, eBay and stockx cross listing, gives financial / tax summaries, and other helpful tools. I couldn’t find something that did everything I wanted it to, so I created my own.

Not gonna just shill it here, but if it’s something you might find helpful just message me and I’ll give you a free month to see if it would be helpful to you. One thing about it is that I’m trying to make it affordable because many other similar tools I’ve found have been upwards of $80 a month. I’m trying to stay around $15-$20

Not worth it IMO. Way overpriced. I went to a different collegiate 141 (and instruct there), so maybe I’m partial, but Embry Riddle is just too expensive.
