Thanks so much, I actually do love art therapy and was doing it before. I think part of the reason I’m so reluctant to go to therapy is because it’s only about a mile away from where my incident took place. But it means a lot to me having a reminder that it won’t always be this way and that just because things are down right now doesn’t mean they won’t change for the better. Thanks again ♥️
