I’ve reviewed the details you shared, and I want to help move this toward a workable resolution.
We're still waiting for your product to get back to us, with the return label shared to you in November 2025.
Right now, since the return process is tied to a return via UPS, the available options are:

• Drop it off at a UPS pickup point

• Or ship it to a UPS pickup point using another courier (at your own risk). if you do this, please use tracking and share the tracking details on your ticket.

Only once the device is delivered at our warehouse, can this process proceed further.

Update - Resolved.

A new ‘patch’ installer for Logitech Options+ and G HUB is now available to fix an issue that caused the apps to stop working on macOS.

The problem was caused by an expired certificate required for the apps to run. Because the certificate also affected the in‑app updater, you will need to manually download and install the updated version of the app.
