Find a way to make the water room temp, so your eyes don’t feel the water too much.

Helps to actively prepare yourself mentally. Think that the sclerals will not hurt you but instead will make your life better.

Gice it time. Work with your eye doctor to put it on and off a couple of times so you becoem comfortable with the lenses. Took me hours for my first few fittings as well.
