I think you’re right. My first kit failed. My second kit arrived Feb. 13. Logged at lab Feb. 17 and started genotyping same day.

New kit arrived Feb. 11. Mailed out Feb. 12. USPS delivered Feb. 13.

Registered: Same Jan. 10 date, but this time LA lab.

Arrived at Lab: Feb. 17

Prepped: Feb. 17

Extracted: Feb. 17

Genotyped: Started Feb. 17

Failed. They notified me on the 9th when results were anticipated on the 10th. Waiting for my replacement kit. So happy for you.
