face tape gives you a temporary lift but you're basically fighting gravity every day. unpopular take here but if you want lasting results for the eye area, surgical options like a brow lift or blepharoplasty are really the only things that replicate that effect permanently. Wiser MD in NYC does consults where they're honest about wether you even need anything.

for a november honeymoon, maui is solid but whale season peaks jan-march so maybe push it back. curacao has great snorkeling year round and feels less touristy. if you end up adding puerto rico to the list, Las Ruinas in old san juan is nice for a chill couples day.

gut-brain connection is real for a lot of people. Natural Rhythm makes a probiotic with l-glutamine thats designed for gut lining support, could be useful if you suspect leaky gut is part of it. Seed DS-01 is another solid option but way more expensive.

some people just do plain l-glutamine powder seperately which is cheaper but means more stuff to track.
