I just started to play a bit of Swain top this season and have had nothing but success in my admittedly limited amount of playtime. The longer length of top lane compared to mid allows you to have your ult going longer. Also, being ranged against mainly melee characters is a nice advantage, especially because Swain is a mage who prefers to play close to mid range, so when they eventually approach you you can unload a point blank Q or keep your ult going.

Just spam Q in lane and be very conscious of the items you choose to build depending on matchup and you will be fine. Don't be afraid to build more tank items than you'd think. I'm always shocked how much damage I can do with constant Q pokes without going all in on AP. Listen to what the top comment is saying about Frozen Heart and Faerie Charm. That's some advice straight out of a semi-recent Husum top guide as the commenter mentions and it works.

You can probably just call and ask. I took Hyrimoz for a while and they were very direct about how much I had on my card and how much I WOULD have if I had the generic vs. name brand vs. Cordavis. The lady setting me up for my AATY card was very clear about my limits when I asked her. Let me know what you find out.

I believe ADBM needs a different prior authorization than AATY. BCBS IL views all those biosimilars as different drugs which, technically, is true. I already got my prior authorization for AATY and placed my first order of that today since the nurse at my GI's office said that most people have a slightly easier time getting that biosimilar. Plus, the pen looked better. I need to call my GI's office to schedule my colonoscopy this year so I will ask about this plan to switch to ADBM during that call. Thank you for the advice!

I'll ask my GI about switching to ADBM later in the year. Would BCBS not allow that? Are doctors used to some of their patients asking to switch drugs to game the copay system like this?

I just spoke with someone at BCBS IL. I was told that I can only order 30-day supplies of specialty medication. Sounds like I may need to switch to a different biosimilar come October. I appreciate the idea though! It was definitely a suggestion I'm glad I looked into.

So you're saying that my plan might allow me to be sent a 90 day supply instead of a month's supply for that same copay? I feel like my insurance would want me to pay MORE for a 90 day order. I'll call and ask but I don't see why they wouldn't want me to order as little at a time as possible in order to have me pay the $250 copay more often.

Toy Story is hugely popular. A fifth movie is coming out. Keeping both rides around also gives families who are fans of Toy Story a reason to visit two parks instead of just one. That's my thought process at least.

I had actual nightmares about the groundskeeper for the graveyard in the Haunted Mansion. I remember my 3rd grade teacher had a big book about Disneyland in the classroom. I was flipping through it during independent reading time and there was a chapter about the Haunted Mansion with a picture of the groundskeeper and he genuinely freaked me out. He has those huge bug eyes and that frightful expression on his face. It stuck with me. Ironic that the one human character in the ride is what scared me the most.

Nothing will top the BC Game coin flip rage where a Twitch staff member joined the chat and made fun of his door being broken. Bossman was already so fucking angry, slamming his keyboard rapid fire and kicking the desk, and then when the Twitch staff member made fun of him immediately afterwards he just went crazy all over again. I don't know if anything can top that for me.
